Purchasing through our BYOD Portal

Tatachilla Lutheran College selects a BYOD partner on an annual basis. Partners are selected based on their ability to deliver the most appropriate devices to our students at the best possible value for families, in addition to their ability to provide support both prior to purchasing a device and during the device warranty period.

The College's 2019 BYOD partner is JB Hi-Fi.
 

Device collection

As part of the ordering process you will be asked to nominate your nearest (or most convenient) JB Hi-Fi store. Any device ordered will be configured ready for the child named on the order and shipped to your nominated store. You will be notified when the device is ready for pickup from the store.
 

Order cut-off dates

  • Friday 9 November, 2018 for pickup from your nominated JB Hi-Fi store prior to Christmas
  • Friday 21 December, 2018 for pickup from your nominated JB Hi-Fi store prior to the start of the 2019 school year

Important information to know before you purchase

The College's BYOD portal for 2019 is now open, however please note that new models and pricing are becoming available in the first week of September, including a number of additional Windows laptop options for years 7 to 12.

Parents/guardians are welcome to peruse the portal however you may wish to consider holding off purchasing until new model devices are released.

The College makes no guarantees on prices on the portal; prices may change without notice. Sales made through the portal are agreements made between the Purchaser and JB Hi-Fi. The College has no part in the procurement process. Any and all warranty claims or service matters should be directed to JB Hi-Fi.
